Preferred Property Management LLC is an owner-operated business. Ron and Rosemary Ward are a husband and wife team that accumulated 16 years experience managing and maintaining long-term rentals in Augusta. Georgia.

In March of 2001 they came to HH to manage the Preserve at Indigo Run, and stayed through its conversion to condominiums. The island was so appealing they purchased a villa at the Preserve and started their property management business in August of 04.

Initially specializing only in Preserve rentals, PPM has expanded its staff (Jan Pascall joined PPM in ‘06 to handle tenant relations) to service a client base that has grown to approximately 150 homes and villas throughout Hilton Head Island.

Their pledge is a commitment to personalized service to their clients, both owner and tenant.
