The Preserve at Indigo Run is a private, gated community surrounded by protected woodland in the middle of Hilton Head Island, SC, one of the South's most prestigious addresses. A sense of privacy and ‘nature’ is created by award winning design architecture, low population density and old-growth trees lining the roads. The Preserve is just minutes from the airport, golf courses, beaches, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, bookstores, coffee shops, medical facilities, movies… Well, just about anything you want. The community offers amenities such as pool, cabana, tennis, fitness center and on-site property manager.

All villas are privately owned with the majority of villas owner-occupied. Those villas not occupied by owners are offered for long-term rental. Preferred Property (with an office on site) has by far the largest number of these villas as clients. Subject to availability of course, there are six villa styles at the Preserve from a 1 bedroom/ 1bth (927 sq. ft.) model to a 3 bedroom/ 2bth/ 2gar (1812 sq. ft) model.
