PICS show furnished...but it's NOT. Rented unfurnished. This is our largest ground floor villa. Just a stroll to the Preserve's many amenities (pool, fitness, office, mail kiosk etc.). You'll love the 'woodsy' feeling you get from almost every window. SORRY, NO cats! Nothing personal but the owner's allergic.
